＜Pre-treatment＞
The solutions cannot work on the damaged lashes, our base control fills the lashes with keratin PPT and collagen (※1) and brings the lashes to the hydrophobic condition. This penetrates and affects the first solution on the lashes better.
Also, it keeps the lash ph. in alkaline for better penetration of the first solution.
