Shipping & Returns

1. SHIPPING POLICY

Foula Store processes orders Monday through Friday, excluding major US holidays. Any orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed and shipped the next available business day.
Most orders are shipped via UPS within 24 hours of purchase, depending on product availability.
Shipments may be delayed due to internal server errors, weather, and other unexpected conditions.
All orders $100 or more automatically qualify for free shipping.

A) U.S. Shipping
Once your order has been processed, transit time is anywhere between 1 and 5 business days, depending on your shipping address.

B) International Shipping
We do ship to Canada.

Duties, Taxes, Customs & Other Fees
International orders may be subject to local import duties and taxes (VAT). You are responsible for checking with the shipping destination country as to their regulations regarding duties and taxes. You are also responsible for paying any import duties, taxes or other fees that may be applied.
Foula Store NY is not be responsible for, nor can we offer, any specific advice regarding any customs-related fees that you may incur. For specific information, please consult with your local government import office.
Refund of Returned Package
In the case that a package is refused and shipped back to Foula store in NY, if the items are received in the same condition as sent to the receiver, we will refund the customer for the products only. Please note that any return shipping fees, customs duties, or other associated fees that are billed to Foula store NY by the carrier will be deducted from the refund amount.


C) Track Your Order
Tracking information will be sent via e-mail upon shipment of goods. Charges are subject to change without notice.
Foula Store is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, so please track your package and try to be as available as possible when your order is supposed to arrive. Once you have received your shipping confirmation, USPS will have the most current information regarding your package.

2. RETURN POLICY

We have a limited return policy because we cannot restock returned goods, and we have to absorb the cost.  If you wish to return a product, please review this policy in full and then call us to discuss the reason you wish to return your product.

To initiate a return, contact us at info_us@foula.jp.
Shipping and handling costs are your responsibility and will not be reimbursed – only the product cost of authorized returns is refunded. Allow 2 weeks for us to process your return once we receive your returned items.

If in the unlikely event there is a defective product or quality concerns beyond your control, please return within 30 days of delivery to receive a refund or exchange. A RAID, return authorization identification number will be provided. After 30 days, the product is nonrefundable. If you are unhappy with your unopened and unused products and wish to return or exchange them, you can do so for up to 30 days from delivery for a full refund or exchange. All refunds will be credited back to the original payment method. Foula Store is not responsible for covering these shipping costs.

3. Cancellation policy
If you would like to cancel or change an order that you've just placed, please email us at info_us@foula.jp or call us at +1 (917)-409-5951 as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate your request; however, orders for items that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
